Let’s pause to see Jesus.  He’s found on every page of the Bible.  He confirmed this before His death and after His resurrection:

John 5:39  “You search the Scriptures, for in them you think you have eternal life; and these [the Scriptures] are they which testify of Me.

Luke 24:27  And beginning at Moses and all the Prophets, He expounded to them in all the Scriptures the things concerning Himself.

Take Time Today to Pause and See Jesus

While Jesus is found on every page of the Old Testament, He is clearly “seen” and fully revealed in the New Testament.  From His humble incarnation to His death, He lived a human life among His people.  From His resurrection from the grave to His ascension into glory, He was seen by many who lived to testify.  And since that time, He lives and reigns from the heavenly realm, our Saviour, our Lord, and the King who rules in our hearts.

Pause and ponder the wonder of God’s gift of sending Jesus into our world to seek and save the lost, to live the life we cannot live and to die the death that brought salvation to mankind.

See Jesus

The little baby in a manger so long, long ago.

The Blessed Saviour, Christ the King.

The Ministering Servant of God.

The Son of Man, the Son of God.

We have seen our Salvation and received His Light of Life.

Pause and stand in awe and let this Christmas be one of Joy in Jesus.

John 1:4  In Him was life, and the life was the light of men.
