When sinners believe that Jesus died for their sins and they put their trust in Him, He is faithful to save them. And when He saves a repentant sinner, the Holy Spirit puts that person into the body of Christ. What does that mean? It means one is a new creation and has a new identity.
“In Christ”
Those are two of the most beautiful words ever spoken, for once someone is in Christ, the person’s eternal glory is forever secure. But until we go to be with Christ, knowing who we are in Christ builds confidence and increases hope for our days on this earth.
Throughout the New Testament, we are given reminders of what God has done for us and the precious promises of what it means to belong to Jesus, to have our identity securely anchored in Him.

Do You Know Jesus?
The Bible clearly states that everyone has sinned and fallen short of God's glory (Romans 3:23). It also emphasizes that while the wages of sin is death, God offers us the incredible gift of eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord (Romans 6:23).
If you have not yet accepted Jesus as your Lord and Savior, know that today is the day of salvation (Acts 28). Turn away from your sinful past and turn to Jesus. Remember, “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord Jesus Christ will be saved” (Romans 10:13). Don’t wait—find hope and redemption!
