The Bible offers several “roads” to salvation. Each provides a “road map” of verses about man’s lostness and how to make it “home.”

We’ve covered The Romans Road, which is likely the “most-traveled” of all the salvation roads.  We’ve also covered The John Road. And there’s yet another road.  However, unlike the Romans and John Roads, this road is not about getting saved during the time in which we live — known as the Church Age.  It’s about a time that is yet to come. It’s called the Revelation Road, a “road” that can be “walked” by those living in the Tribulation.

The Tribulation is a seven-year period of time that begins after the Bridegroom comes for His Bride (the Church) in the Rapture (Read: What is the Rapture?  Why a Pre-Trib Rapture?).   We call this time The Tribulation, or, more accurately, the Seventieth Week of Daniel  (Read: What is the Seventieth Week of Daniel?).  The Tribulation will be a time of God’s judgment of sin.  Yet even then, God’s mercy and grace will be offered to those who seek Him, trusting in Jesus.

The Revelation Road to Salvation

The Sins of Man

Rev 21:8  “But the cowardly, unbelieving, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death.”

Judgment Will Come

Rev 14:7  ..”Fear God and give glory to Him, for the hour of His judgment has come...”

Jesus Can Save You

Rev 1:18  “I am He who lives, and was dead, and behold, I am alive forevermore. Amen. And I have the keys of Hades and of Death.”

Rev 14:6-7  And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people, Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.

Trust in Jesus

Rev 14:12  Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.

Rev 21:6-7  And He said to me, “It is done! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. I will give of the fountain of the water of life freely to him who thirsts. He who overcomes shall inherit all things, and I will be his God and he shall be My son.

Share the Love of Jesus and His Saving Grace with Someone Today!

You can’t use the Revelation Road today. Those who come to faith in Jesus in the Tribulation must persevere to the end.  During the Church Age, our salvation is sealed by the indwelling Holy Spirit — a great gift that keeps and grows us in His love.

So stick with using The Romans Road or the The John Road. Use them to turn people to the Saviour and find life in Him!

If you have never traveled the Romans Road or the John Road and don’t know the Lord Jesus Christ, click here.

Do You Know Jesus?

The Bible clearly states that everyone has sinned and fallen short of God's glory (Romans 3:23). It also emphasizes that while the wages of sin is death, God offers us the incredible gift of eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord (Romans 6:23).

If you have not yet accepted Jesus as your Lord and Savior, know that today is the day of salvation (Acts 28). Turn away from your sinful past and turn to Jesus. Remember, “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord Jesus Christ will be saved” (Romans 10:13). Don’t wait—find hope and redemption!
