“There is a river whose streams shall make glad the city of God, the holy place of the tabernacle of the Most High. God is in the midst of her, she shall not be moved.” Psalm 46:4-5
“You are of God, little children, and have overcome them — because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world.” 1 John 4:4 [See also Psalm 110:2, Zechariah 2:5.]
True Christians, in a right spirit, are still subject to temptations from within and without; but watching unto prayer, they do not fall by them. On the contrary, as trials and temptations are great helps to reveal their hidden infirmities and stir them up to be more cautious, serious, and faithful — they are followed and rewarded with great and glorious victories.
Temptations are not indeed joyous in themselves — but are attended with good fruit and blessed effects in the faithful. Hence James bids us count it all joy when we fall into divers trials and temptations. What reason have those to be afraid of trials and temptations — who find that every one carries a new blessing along with it? Yet we must never yield to temptation when it comes in the form of solicitation to sin. For if we do, we grieve the Spirit, dishonor our Heavenly Father, and Jesus is wounded again in the house of His friends. Such temptations are not from God — but Satan, and are to be zealously resisted in promised strength.

Be Ready Always...
to give a reason for the Hope that you have (1 Peter 3:15). When you can’t share the gospel with your words, share it by leaving tracts that tell people about God's grace.
When leaving a tract, always be diligent to pray about the short gospel message. Pray that it be found by someone who is in need of Jesus’ saving grace, and pray that the person will have a tender heart and open ears to receive the gift Jesus desires to give them.
By the power of the Holy Spirit, even a small tract can help in turning a broken sinner from darkness to light.
