O Lord, allow me not to step aside in the least from Your way, much less to fall away from You, the true supporter of my soul, by the folly of my own imagination. May I never run before You have called me, to the hurt of my soul. But constantly and confidently may I abide in You, always drawing the necessary light and strength from You by never-ceasing supplications. Grant that, my eye be fixed continually upon You, that I may be guided into all truth, that my doings be attended with Your blessings, and that my whole life be constant progress toward Heaven.
