His Sufficient Grace, by Shari Abbott

May the mind of Christ live in me,
Every minute of every day.
May the grace that He has given me,
Establish my heart in His perfect way. (Hebrews 13:9) 

May I always reflect that wondrous love,
His sacrificial gift.
That others, in me, might also see,
 His Light—my Joy, my Hope. 

May the hope that flows from only Him,
Anchor my soul, steadfast and strong. (Hebrews 6:19)
So when the storms of life arise
He is my strength, my song. 

In the face of all adversity,
In Him I’ll find my rest.
His promise is to comfort me,
In that, I know I’m blessed. 

May my mind be ever transformed by Him,
Surrendered to His Word and will. (Romans 12:1-2)
For He’s given me the power I need, (Hebrews 1:3)
His strength that does fulfill. 

His Spirit now lives in me,
Assuring, I never am alone.
He’s with me now, and forever will be,
My new and perfect home. 

May I rest always in Jesus Christ,
the One and only Son.
Who’s given me a redeeming love,
A grace that says it’s done. 

I shall remember His will and ways,
Sufficient grace He’s given me.
I’ll follow Him, all my days,
‘Til my journey’s end I see. 

And then one day, to my delight,
I’ll go to be with Him.
I’ll see Him in His glory bright,
My Saviour, my reigning King.
